21:00 EST - The restore of data on Server17 is complete. All accounts should now be back online and fully functional. Our server techs are still working on the server to make another copy of the backups in preparation of the new backup drive that will be installed within the next 2 days. There will be a short downtime for the hardware techs to power the server down and replace the backup drive.
