10:00 AM EST ~ Server14 is experiencing some service interruption at the current time. Our server admin is working to restore services. As soon as more information is available, this news will be updated.
Update7:50 PM EST, all accounts from Server14 have now been moved to a new server, Server18. The old server was lost, all accounts have been restored from the backup taken Nov 24th at 1:00 AM EST. If you are experiencing any problems, please open a helpdesk ticket from prompt assistance.
Note: Our staff may have opened a ticket in your account in an attempt to contact you, please check for open tickets for information first. Resellers will need to change nameserver IPs as per newly allocated IP addresses.
