Q. I cannot sign into my account (returns to login screen)
A. Due to a site security upgrade, returning visitors may experience a sign-in issue.
If you do, simply delete your site cookies and this should resolve the issue.
For example, in Chrome do this:
From the "Menu" button in the upper-right corner of the Chrome window, choose "Settings" > "Privacy and security" > "Clear browsing data" > "Cookies and other site data".
