Q. How does the domain auto renewal work?
A. If you see the AR icon next to your domain in the domain list, your domain is set to auto renew.
At 30 days prior to expire date, our system will try to renew it using your account credits or your credit card on file. If you don't have enough credit or credit card on file, the domain will not be auto renewed.
