Q. What if my incoming transfer fails?

A. Check the transfer status by logging in, on the left member menu in the 'domains' section click on the transfer status link. Enter the domain name you have tried to transfer to our system and click the Submit button.

Based on the reason of the fail, check that your domain name is active (not expired), not locked, does not have ID Protection services active and the admin contact email is valid and you don't have spam filtering on it.

Once the problem(s) have been rectified, click the resubmit transfer link from your domain list. This will restart the transfer order with no payment required. This free retry is available for 6 months after a failed transfer order only.
