Q. I am trying to retrieve a domain being pushed to my account from another TOS account. I'm getting a message that says this: This account has no domain profiles. Please create a domain profile and then attempt to retrieve this domain name.

A. Login to your account. Use the drawdown menu and select 'domain profiles'. Use the 'add new profile' link at the top to create a domain profile to be used for the domain contact information.
When you have created a domain profile and saved it, you can then retrieve the domain name being pushed to your account.
